Yield Strength: σb≥175Mpa
Elongation: δ≥30%
Hardness: HB135-179
Corrosion Resistance:
The chemical composition of INCOLOY 800/800H/800HT is very similar, so they all have good resistance to corrosion by reducing, oxidising and nitriding media and to corrosion by alternating redox media, and have high metallurgical stability in long-term applications at high temperatures. However, due to the different (Al+Ti) content of the three materials, the three materials are used in different environments, as shown in the following: INCOLOY 800 has various properties at sub-zero, room temperature and 600°C. INCOLOY 800H has good tensile strength above 600°C due to the (Al+Ti) content of no more than 0.7%, and still has good tensile strength at 700°C for long periods of time. and still has good tensile strength below 700°C for prolonged operation.
Application:
Retort furnaces, muffle furnaces and heat treatment jigs and baskets, vacuum furnace installations, chlorination plants with a maximum operating temperature of 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, titanium dioxide plants, retort furnaces, heaters, stills, blister towers and condensers in fatty acid processes, evaporator tubes, tube plates and press trays in sodium sulphide manufacturing processes, rosin acid treatment plants in pulp manufacturing, etc.
Matching Welding Consumables:
AWS A5.14 wire ERNiCr-3 or ERNiCrCoMo-1 or AWS A5.11 electrode ENiCrFe-3 for the welding of 800/800H alloys in sizes Φ2.4, 3.2, 4.0
Supply Style:
Plate, strip, bar, wire, forgings, light bars, welding consumables, flanges, etc., as per the drawing
