Corrosion Resistance:
317L (00Cr19Ni13Mo3, SUS317L) alloy is an austenitic stainless steel based on molybdenum. It has greater resistance to chemical corrosion than conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as alloy 304. In addition, the 317L alloy has higher ductility, stress corrosion resistance, compressive strength and high temperature resistance than conventional stainless steels. It is a low carbon grade or L grade, and this grade has resistance to sensitization during welding and during heat treatment.
Application:
Equipment for oil and gas industry; Offshore platforms, heat exchangers, underwater equipment, fire-fighting equipment; Chemical processing industry, vessel and pipeline industry; desalination, high pressure RO equipment and submarine pipeline; energy industry, such as power plant desulfurization and denitrification FGD system, industrial scrubbing system, absorption tower; m mechanical parts (high-strength, corrosion resistant and wear-resistant parts).
Matching Welding Consumables:
ER317L
Supply Style:
Sheets/Plates
